Wednesday: A guided hike from the Turm to Völser Ried, leading through vineyards and meadows to the Grottnerhof, where you will enjoy a tasting of local wines accompanied by traditional Speck, cheese, and warm potatoes. In the evening, half board at the Romantik Hotel Turm
Thursday: An evening aperitif at Peter Bühl, a mystical prehistoric site where people settled as early as the Stone Age. Enjoy this unique place of energy while watching the sunset over Völs am Schlern. Afterwards, half board with our 4-course Romantik menu or the 1001 calories menu
Friday, 18 September: An exclusive highlight of the programme – Stephan Pramstrahler will prepare a 5-course degustation menu, paired with selected wines, in our Gallaria. Enjoy this exceptional dinner together with artist Leon Löwentraut and take the opportunity to preview the exhibition before it officially opens.
Saturday, 19 September: The official vernissage takes place with an aperitif and live musical entertainment, followed by half board featuring our 4-course Romantik menu or the 1001 calories menu at the Romantik Hotel Turm.
