The cookery courses with the Turm landlord at the Romantik Hotel Turm have become a tradition. In a relaxed atmosphere Stephan Pramstrahler lets me and other “cookery students” look over his shoulder and tells us the secrets of his cuisine. Starters, desserts, fish and game, bread and more: The cookery courses always focus on particularly interesting topics. After cooking together, we naturally also dine together.
Sunday: Arrival & aperitif for getting to know each other and introduction of the programme. Monday & Tuesday: cooking and eating together. Wednesday: Surprise! Focus on a South Tyrolean product. Thursday: Departure or extension of the holiday.
