Völs is loved by friends of good food: in June the restaurants of Völs celebrate the Naturkost (natural cuisine) and every year in October there is the Kuchlkastl, where traditional dishes are interpreted in a new way. Not to forget ist the Törrgele-time in autumn: this is the time when the farms open their doors to guests and spoil them with a typical meal with homemade "Schlutzer", "Krapfen", chestnuts and their own wine.
