Stefan Prahmstrahler, chef and hotel landlord, has learned his trade very thoroughly. At an early age he became determined that one day his cooking would rank among the finest in South Tyrol. His work today is characterised by a down-to-earth approach, combined with great awareness of quality ingredients and a distinct enthusiasm for experimenting.
